Kamiya Jani began her journalism journey in February 2006 at The Times of India. By June 2006, she transitioned to CNBC TV18, where she worked as a correspondent and sub-editor for 1.8 years. In February 2008, Kamiya joined Bloomberg UTV as an Anchor and Associate Producer, focusing on lifestyle, travel, and entertainment shows for 2 years.
In February 2010, she took on the role of Financial Market Anchor at ET Now, while also working as a Travel Anchor with MagicBricks Now. Despite her success in television, Kamiya’s passion for local discovery and travel led her to launch her own blog channel, Curly Tales, on YouTube in 2016. The channel began with short text-based videos but soon evolved into popular food and travel blogs.
Kamiya hosts several shows on Curly Tales, including the celebrity talk show “Sunday Brunch” and travel series like “Tere Gully Mein” and “Street Stories.” As Curly Tales gained popularity, Kamiya transitioned into entrepreneurship, becoming the founder and Editor-in-Chief of the channel.
