Shah began her career as an assistant to choreographer Ganesh Acharya, working on films like “Zameen” and “Khakee.” Later, she ventured into modeling, appearing in photo shoots and print ads. Her journey into films started when Kannada director Harsha approached her for a role in the movie “Chingari.” Shah also made a cameo appearance in the Hindi film “Khuda Kasam,” starring Sunny Deol and Tabu, where she performed an item song titled “Neeli Lugadi.”
In 2011, Shah made her acting debut in the Kannada film “Bhadra,” showcasing her dancing skills and adding glamour to the movie. The same year, she appeared as Ammu in “Bodyguard,” a remake of the Malayalam film of the same name. She also shot for two item songs in the Kannada film “Bachchan” and the Hindi film “Bloody Isshq,” further establishing herself in the industry.
Her breakthrough came in 2014 with her Hindi film debut in “Jai Ho” opposite Salman Khan, where she received praise for her graceful dancing despite limited screen time.
